This place suits me perfectly. It offers great wi-fi, tv, and air conditioning. I remember how staff helped me find my lost car keys on my first stay. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

Cereals, fruit, and coffee available 24/7 makes for a great late-night snack option. Clean, simple rooms with a charming blend of modern comfort and old architecture.
Check-in can be confusing due to the key pad setup without staff on-site after 11 PM, which left some guests scrambling for help. Additionally, the breakfast fell flat, lacking variety and quality compared to what one could find outside the hotel. Air conditioning struggled in the heat, leaving the room uncomfortably warm at times.

Alda Bonaval features a very old stone building that has been beautifully renovated and modernized. The room had small windows but included a lovely stone fireplace and an old sink. Air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was a blessing during my stay. The breakfast offered was reasonable in cost and satisfying. The hotel is part of the Alda group, known for similar quality establishments in Santiago.
The front desk staff appeared slow and somewhat disinterested.

A cozy spot near the heart
Nestled just a short walk from the cathedral, the hotel boasts charming ambiance with its old stone architecture. Loved the 24-hour buffet for quick snacks anytime.
However, my room faced a busy street, and the noise disrupted my sleep early in the morning. The air conditioning could have worked better on a hot day too.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the attractions, and the breakfast offers an impressive spread, including fresh fruits and pastries. The staff's warmth made the stay memorable, providing excellent local recommendations. However, the lack of an elevator made moving luggage a challenge, and finding temporary parking was initially confusing. Plus, noise from the street could disrupt sleep, so a room at the back is advisable.
